This is one of James Harrison's fined hits. This is a late hit and a penalty. Should he be fined for it though?

    James Harrison is being unfairly targeted for illegal hits. He plays the game hard and does whatever it takes to win. I have seen other hits that are worse than his that get overlooked by the NFL.
